Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare the Statement Piece

  Ensure the item is in its original, pristine condition and securely packed in the initial oversized luxury packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Scheduled White-Glove Pickup

  For our larger furniture items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove courier service to collect the return directly from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
